When reserving
the room you must give a valid credit card to ensure the
reservation procedures. Please note that no payment will
be taken from your credit card. Payment can be made on
your arrival or before your departure. An information
e-mail will be sent to you explaining the methods of payments
when you make a booking request.

Hotel
policies Children up to and
including the age of 4 stay free. Children over the age
of 5 are charged as adults.
Any extra child must be stated
in your reservation. A baby cot or extra bed (where available)
can be provided free of charge for children 4 and under.
Children from 5 and over will be charged as adults.
Under no circumstances are pets
allowed into the building.
Smoking is prohibited in the Hotel.
We aim to maintain a family and
friendly atmosphere within our premises. Customers arriving
to our premises under the influence of alcohol or drugs
will not be let in. Customers acting in a disorderly manner
(shouting, partying to the late hours in their rooms,
heavy drunkenness and abusing/offending members of staff
or other guests ect) will be given a formal warning. If
they continue to disturb the peace of the guests or the
staff they will be asked to leave, escorted out by a member
of staff or by the law enforcement officers.
Property taken from the premises
(for example rooms keys, alarm clocks, kettles, TV remote
controls ect.) will be charged on the credit card you
provided us unless they are sent back to us (to avoid
being charged please contact us and send back the item(s)
by post). The rate for property taken away is £10.00
per item.
Cancellations:
We apply the following cancellation
fees scheme:
Reservation 48 hours before Check-in: 0%
Less than 48 hours before Check-in: 1 night
No Show: 1 night
Cancellations during your stay: 1 night extra (i.e. the
number of nights of room occupancy + 1 extra night for
late cancellation)
